Research Proposal: An academic evaluation of a community based integrated healthy lifestyle service

The research project will be a partnership between Thrive Tribe, Lincolnshire County Council and the successful academic partner, to evaluate our integrated healthy lifestyle service in Lincolnshire. We are looking for a partner who can work with us to develop an agile research methodology to evaluate the impact of the service and the outcomes.

The integrated healthy lifestyle service offers clients support which focuses on the four lifestyle behaviours with the greatest impact on health and wellbeing:
• Smoking of tobacco
• Physical inactivity
• Obesity (food, nutrition and a healthy weight) and
• Excess alcohol consumption.

Our academic partner will facilitate the research to be adopted into the NIHR portfolio and lead the research project throughout in collaboration with TT and Lincolnshire County Council.

The closing date for applications is Friday 21st February 2020 – for details of what needs to be included within your submission, please see the Evaluation proposal here.
